The project has gone extremely well and I might add better than expected. For us it was a first of its kind and I was very concerned how successful it was going to be. So far it has been a very pleasant surprise and this is primarily attributed to your team.

As part of our ongoing innovation and development of new processes it is essential we implement new projects on time and on budget, whilst ensuring the successful delivery of key objectives. Over a number of years  we have worked closely with Engineering and Asset Management specialists, EPM Solutions, to help us deliver new technology and processes  for the business.

On our recent ash recovery plant, EPM Solutions project team guided the project right from the start with input to concepts, layouts and process design, procurement and project management through to handover. Their  technical capability and focus on customer service excellence, ensured our business expectations were met.

They did an excellent job and without help from the EPM team, it would not have been such a successful design and build. We are delighted with the outcome.

EPM is a pot of technical expertise that can be utilised when required and used to support our own limited resources. The response time to any queries is good and information / advise has been clear and defined.

EPM were really instrumental in terms of the layout and management of the project. It was a bit like a puzzle with squares that you move around.

We had to demolish buildings, relocate people, change processes and move offices. Meanwhile, concrete was being laid, weigh bridges installed and vehicle turning circles utilised.

EPM helped with each phase including operational logistics. They have also assisted with project management training for the staff and acted as health and safety consultants relating to ATEX.
